Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier performance.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
DR.DENT is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier.
DR.DENT is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation when applicable.
Delivery Confirmation
All orders include shipment tracking.
Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery location issues.
International & Domestic Shipping
DR.DENT currently ships to customers within the United States and select international destinations.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and carrier availability.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
