Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide Return Authorization instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

In original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety regulations for oral care products, opened or used whitening products cannot be returned.

This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of all products sold.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• Photos of any damage

Once verified, our support team will arrange either:

• A replacement shipment, or
• A refund, depending on the situation.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DR.DENT is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Delivery & Tracking

All orders include shipment tracking.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
